New puppies stay with their mothers for at least 8 weeks after birth to ensure they are healthy, well-socialized, and fully weaned. Once your puppy is ready, you can choose one of two ways to bring them home: pick-up in person or arranged transport directly to you.

Pick-Up In Person

This is the simplest and most hassle-free way to welcome your new family member home. Once your puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, you’re welcome to pick them up in person.

Shipping / Transport Options

We care deeply about every puppy and prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being during travel as they make their way to you. Each puppy is health-checked and cleared for travel, with all required documentation prepared no more than 10 days prior to departure.

We offer two safe transport options:

Ground Transport ($650)

Your puppy will be picked up from Arrow T Pets and transported to you by car. During the journey, a dedicated caretaker will ensure your puppy is comfortable, safe, and well looked after until arrival. This is a fixed rate anywhere in the U.S.

Flight Nanny ($1,200)

Your puppy will travel with a professional Flight Nanny who personally accompanies them on the flight and delivers them directly into your care upon arrival. Throughout the trip, your puppy will be closely monitored and cared for to ensure a safe and stress-free journey. This is a fixed rate anywhere in the U.S.

To help with the transition, we’ll send your puppy home with a starter bag of food to match their new diet, along with a goody bag of toys to make them feel comfortable in their new environment.
